SIlabus Teknik Penerbangan

 Aerospace engineering adalah salah satu bidang yang penting berkaitan dengan teknik pengembangan pesawat. Kandidat sebaiknya sudah harus mengenal silabus penerbangan untuk memahami topik yang mencakpu pada soal. Kandidat yang disarankan untuk merancang persiapan dalam merencanakan memiliki ide yang bagus pada silabus teknik penerbangan tahun 2024.

Menurut silabus gate teknik penerbangan, 85% pertanyaan di soal didasarkan pada sialbus teknik penerbangan dan matematika teknik, sedangkan sisanya adalah dari segment general aptitude. Menurut GATE, 90% silabus adalah dasar tema aeronautical, dan sisanya 10% mencakup topik spesifik di bidang itu.

1. MATEMATIKA TEKNIK
Subjek ini adalah bagian umum dalam disiplin matematika teknik di GATE. Bagian ini memiliki topik spesial yakni
1. Aljabar Linear: Aljabar vektor, aljabar matriks, sistem persamaan garis, ranking matriks, eigenvalues dan eigenfactors
2. Kalkulus: Functions of a single variable, limits, continuity, and differentiability, mean value theorem, chain rule, partial derivatives, maxima and minima, gradient, divergence, and curl, directional derivatives; Integration, Line, surface, and volume integrals; Theorems of Stokes, Gauss, and Green.
3. Differential Equations: First-order linear and nonlinear differential equations, higher-order linear ODEs with constant coefficients, Partial differential equations, and separation of variables methods.
4. Special Topik: Fourier Series, Laplace Transforms, Complex analysis, Probability and Statistics, Numerical integration and differentiation, and Numerical methods for linear and nonlinear algebraic equations

4. AERODINAMIKA

  • Turbomachinery: Axial compressors: Angular momentum, work, and compression, the characteristic performance of a single axial compressor stage, the efficiency of the compressor and degree of reaction, multi-staging.
  • Centrifugal compressor: Stage dynamics, inducer, impeller, and diffuser.
  • Axial turbines: Stage performance.
  • Rockets: Thrust equation and specific impulse, rocket performance; Multi-staging; Chemical rockets; Performance of solid and liquid propellant rockets.
  • Special Topics: Aerothermodynamics of non-rotating propulsion components such as intakes, combustor, and nozzle, compressor-turbine matching, turbine blade cooling, surge, and stall.
